I would like to sign up for an online subscription with an immediate start date, what should I do?
No. You can sign up for the online subscription only for a start date of D+8 working days. We need this time to process your request and send your access badge. If you wish to subscribe with an immediate start date, please go to the shop.

What credentials do I need for a resident pass?
You will only be asked for proof of residence for subscriptions with a preferential rate, when you subscribe online or in person:
o resident subscription: proof of address
o worksite pass: a K-Bis and a worksite certificate stating that the company engages in the demolition or total construction of a tower
o motorbike pass: a vehicle registration document
o merchant subscription: an extract from the 2059E tax return or a specific certificate from the managero All information available in the subscription form.

Do I get an assigned seat when I am a subscriber?
No. If you have not signed up for a "reserved space" subscription, no space number is allocated, you can park in the space of your choice (except in spaces with a specific indication).

What is the length of a subscription?
You commit to a minimum of one month and the contract is valid for an indefinite period. If you do not request cancellation, the contract is renewed by tacit agreement.

What is the security deposit ?
The security deposit is a "guarantee" in case of non-payment. It is charged to customers who do not opt for direct debit and is refunded at the end of the contract if the account is balanced.

I have chosen the automatic debit, when does the direct debit take place?
If you are an individual, you will be debited on the 5th of each month. If you are a company, you will be debited on the 20th of each month.

How can I access the invoices related to my subscription?
You can consult your invoices by logging in to your customer account, then clicking on the "my invoices" tab.
If your customer account has not yet been activated, you will find your login and password in the confirmation email of your subscription request.
In both cases, you will receive your invoices each month by e-mail and/or by mail. -

I have not received my subscription invoice, what should I do?
You can find all your invoices in the subscriber space by clicking on the "my invoices" tab.

Can I change the date of the direct debit for my subscription?
This option is not offered and the direct debit date is a fixed date (the 5th of the month for an individual and the 20th of the month for a company).

I have received a payment reminder from the collections department, what should I do?
I log on to my Q-Park account and pay what I owe online, by credit card.

How do I cancel a subscription
You must send a cancellation request by registered letter with proof of receipt to the attention of Customer Services (adress in the form).
The letter must be sent by the 10th of the month at the latest, as evidenced by the postmark, for the subscription to be cancelle at the end of the same month. If the letter is sent after the 10th of the month (as evidenced by the postmark), the cancellation will be effective at the end of the following month. -
Can I cancel my hands-free service at any time ?
Yes, the Hands-Free service does not commit you, you can cancel at any time using the cancellation form in accordance with the general terms and conditions of sale of the subscriptions available here.
