In the event of a dispute between a consumer client and Q-PARK, the latter endeavors to resolve it amicably.

The consumer, in accordance with Article L211-3 of the Consumer Code, is informed of the possibility of resorting, in case of a dispute, to a conventional mediation procedure or any other alternative dispute resolution method in accordance with the provisions of Articles L611-1 and following of the Consumer Code.
The consumer must first submit a written complaint to the Q-PARK Customer Service at the aforementioned contact details.
The consumer must submit their request to the Mobilians mediator subject to compliance with the admissibility conditions of their file, specifically by providing all the necessary information and documents for the mediator to examine their request within one year from their written complaint to the Q-PARK Customer Service.

Q-PARK informs the consumer of the existence of the European online dispute resolution platform, intended to collect any complaints arising from an online purchase by European consumers and to transmit them to the competent national mediators.
