Yes. Q-Park.fr customers can enter and leave the car park 24h/24 even if the car park access is closed for the public. Just press the call button at the car park access and communicate your reservation number. The ticket issued at the car park entrance will also give you access to the secure pedestrian access gate.
You will find all the information you need (procedure, reservation number, QR code, pedestrian access code, etc.) in the reservation confirmation email.

If you did not receive the confirmation email, check your spam folder.

Yes. You can book a parking space up to 30 minutes before your arrival.

No. Searches saved through your personal account must be paid for online to be validated. Your parking space is only guaranteed once payment has been made.

If you received a ticket at the entrance, please contact us via the intercom buttons at the car park exit. You will be asked for your reservation number so that you can leave without having to pay twice. 

No. When you arrive at the car park entrance at the time of your reservation, you can enter according to the existing procedures: by reading the number plate of your vehicle or by using the QR code that was given to you when you made your reservation. If a ticket is issued at the entrance terminal, please keep it. It will be used to open the pedestrian accesses on your return. Yes. If you have chosen a Multipass option, you can enter and leave your vehicle as many times as you wish during your reservation period. You are guaranteed a space at each entry. If you have chosen a Onepass option, each exit is definitive, your reservation ends immediately even if the duration of the reservation initially planned is not completed.

Yes. On parkingsparisladefense.fr, you can book your space up to 1 year (365 days) before your planned date of arrival.

No. Your arrival must correspond to the time of entry stated when you booked online.

Yes. You can leave the car park up to 15 minutes after the scheduled departure time of your reservation without any additional charge. After this 15-minute time limit, you will be charged an overrun (at the rate in force in the car park) to be paid at the automatic cash desk or at the exit terminal.

Yes. If you leave before the date or time of your booking, no refund can be requested.

No. All bookings must be paid for online before you arrive at the car park.

No. If you have not exceeded the time limit, you can simply exit the car park according to existing procedures: by reading the number plate of your vehicle or by inserting your ticket into the exit terminal.
